Shipping, Local Pick Up & Return Policy

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of checkout if shipping your order. You may choose the option to pay for your local pick up order online or when picking up at our store.

 

SHIPPING

Next Day Shipping: Items placed before 1pm CST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm CST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.  

2nd Day Shipping: Items placed before 1pm CST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm CST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

$5 and Free Shipping (USA): Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by USPS and received within 3-7 business days. The US Postal Service will make the final delivery for our free shipping option. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS/USPS exceptions beyond our control.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. 

Shipping will not be refunded.

 

LOCAL PICK UP & RETURNS

Pick Ups: Online orders may be picked up from our boutique during our regular business hours. If your order is placed by 2pm it is able to be picked up the SAME business day. Orders placed after 2pm can be picked up the following business day. Once your order is fulfilled the status will change to AWAITING PICKUP and you will receive an email. Orders will be held at the boutique for 48 hours. If you do not pick up within 48 hours, your order will be released for purchase. 

Returns: Online orders may be returned to the boutique within 7 days or receipt for priority processing. The items you wish to return must be placed in a bag or box with the receipt and brought to the boutique during business hours. No return label is necessary. Store credit will be available for use the following business day.

RETURN POLICY 

  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!  Once your return is processed at our boutique, you will receive ONLINE store credit.  If you return your online order to one of our boutique locations, you may opt for an in-store gift card  at that time.  Credits are non-transferable after that.
  • All returns must be sent back to our boutique within 7 days of the date received. 
  • Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
  • Items purchased using coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.

If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit.

  1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
    2. Place in a shipping safe package and include your original receipt/packing slip.

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION**

 You are responsible for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
